It is important to get rid of caffeine: For good sleep, instead of tea-coffee, adopt these 6 options, it will be beneficial in the long term

For most people in the world, the morning starts with a cup of tea or coffee. The caffeine found in them helps to keep the brain active, but there are many disadvantages of consuming it in excess. People addicted to it have to deal with sleep and stomach problems.

Let us know about the ways that can keep us active without using caffeine.

Exercise

Exercise helps in increasing blood flow of the body. It also increase our energy level. With low intensity  exercises like running, brisk walking and jogging, you can keep yourself fresh and active.

Drink More Water

Consuming or drinking less water will make your mind and body to sleep. You will feel tired and your body can have pain if you are consuming less water. An adult should take 2-3 litres of water daily for the freshness of the body. Dehydration problem will lead you to consume caffeine, so  consume more water to avoid consumption of caffeine.

Eat Regularly

Do not eat your food at once, instead take little little food in regular intervals. This will keep your energy level high. For snacking, always choose healthy options like fruits, seeds, nuts, yogurt etc.. Always go for a healthy and balanced diet

Take little Nap

After lunch, you can feel sleepy or tired. People opt for tea and coffee to avoid sleep, don't do that. This will become a habit to consume tea or coffee after lunch. If you feel sleepy after lunch, then go for a quick nap. Taking a quick nap will refresh your body and you will be able to do your work with a fresh mind.

Sleep Properly 

For a healthy life style, its always recommended to sleep 7-8 hours at night. With proper sleep, your body will get proper rest and you will be fresh next morning. This will also help in reducing your addiction of tea or coffee.

Stress Management  

Todays hectic and competitive life will give you stress anytime and it is very common now a day. This will disturb your sleep as well as your daily routine. To reduce stress or for better stress management, you can do meditation, yoga, exercises or your hobby work.
